Setup

Setup ใช้กำหนดโหมดปลายทางของงาน ตั้งเวลา fallback สินค้า และข้อความต่อท้าย caption ก่อนกด Build ใน Queue

Workspace Profiles

Workspace Profiles save one setup per shop, channel, account, or workflow. Use them when one extension is used with more than one store or when the same store has multiple operating modes.

Saved settingMeaning

Step by step - create a profile

  1. Open Setup.
  2. Set the mode, schedule, fallback, caption suffix, scan settings, and Reports+ filters for this shop.
  3. Create any custom Saved Views this shop needs.
  4. Type a name in Name, such as Main Shop Schedule.
  5. Click Save Current.
  6. Use Pin if this profile should appear on Home for quick apply.

Step by step - switch profile

  1. Open Setup.
  2. Select the profile from the Profile dropdown.
  3. Read the summary cards: Mode, Fallback, Schedule, Caption, Scan, Reports, Saved Views, and Updated.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Go to Queue and click Build Queue again so queue rows use the active profile.

Post Nowโพสต์จริงทันทีเมื่อ run ถึงขั้น final actionใช้เฉพาะบัญชี/ไฟล์ที่ยอมรับความเสี่ยงแล้ว
Scheduleตั้งเวลาโพสต์ตามวันที่และเวลาที่กำหนดใช้เมื่อต้องกระจายไฟล์เป็นรอบเวลา

Step by step - ตั้งค่า Draft หรือ Post Now

  1. เปิดแถบ `Setup`
  2. เลือก `Draft` ถ้าต้องการให้ปลอดภัยและตรวจเองก่อนโพสต์จริง
  3. เลือก `Post Now` เฉพาะกรณีต้องการโพสต์จริงทันที
  4. ตรวจ `Product Fallback`: เลือก `fallback_pool` ถ้าต้องการให้มีสินค้าสำรอง หรือเลือก `skip` ถ้าไม่ต้องการปักตะกร้าเมื่อหา CSV ไม่เจอ
  5. ใส่ `Caption Suffix` ถ้าต้องการต่อท้ายชื่อสินค้า เช่น hashtag หรือข้อความโปรโมชัน
  6. ไป `Files` เลือกวิดีโอ แล้วไป `Queue` กด Build

Step by step - ตั้งเวลาแบบ Interval

  1. เลือกโหมด `Schedule`
  2. เลือก sub-mode `Interval`
  3. เลือกวันที่เริ่มและเวลาเริ่ม ถ้าไม่เลือก ระบบจะใช้วันถัดไปเป็นฐาน
  4. กำหนดระยะห่างต่อไฟล์ เช่น 60 นาทีต่อไฟล์
  5. เพิ่ม exclude range ถ้ามีช่วงเวลาที่ไม่ต้องการให้โพสต์ เช่น 01:00-06:00
  6. กด Build ใน Queue แล้วตรวจ planned time ทุกแถว

Step by step - ตั้งเวลาแบบ Time Slots

  1. เลือกโหมด `Schedule`
  2. เลือก sub-mode `Time Slots`
  3. ใส่เวลาที่ต้องการในรูปแบบ 24 ชั่วโมง เช่น 07:00, 11:00, 19:00
  4. ถ้ามีวันที่เริ่ม ให้เลือกวันที่ในช่อง start date
  5. เพิ่ม exclude range ถ้าต้องกันบางช่วงเวลา
  6. ดู preview ถ้ามี แล้วกด Build ใน Queue เพื่อตรวจแผนจริง
Post Now เป็นโหมดจริง: เมื่อ Queue ทำงานถึงขั้นสุดท้าย ระบบจะพยายามโพสต์ทันที ควรทดสอบด้วยบัญชี/ไฟล์ที่ไม่กระทบงานหลักก่อน

ค่าเสริมที่ควรรู้

  • `AI-generated content` ใช้เปิด disclosure ตามการตั้งค่าที่ workflow รองรับ
  • `Skip VDO check` เร็วขึ้นแต่เสี่ยง reject มากขึ้น ควรใช้เมื่อรู้ข้อจำกัดของไฟล์แล้ว
  • `โหลด Map ใหม่` ใช้โหลด Product Map จาก storage/bundled file ใหม่หลัง import หรือแก้สินค้า
  • ทุกครั้งที่เปลี่ยนค่า Setup ควร Build Queue ใหม่ เพื่อให้แผนสะท้อนค่าล่าสุด
